Het Wieskamp is the ideal base from which to explore Winterswijk, the Achterhoek region and the Münsterland region in northwest Germany on foot or by bike. Our holiday park and campsite offers excellent facilities and is situated in one of the most beautiful landscapes in the Netherlands: Winterswijk National Landscape. Het Wieskamp is large enough to offer facilities such as a swimming pool, an indoor playground and a decent restaurant, but small enough to still be friendly and personal. Experience the freedom of camping on our spacious pitches all equipped with private sanitary facilities, or rent a comfortable Finnish Bungalow, chalet or fully furnished tent.

Winterswijk
A small, old and touristic town. Home of the painter “Piet Mondriaan”. The local market is
recently elected as the best market of the Netherlands. The town centre is not more than 3
kilometres from our site.
Surroundings
Winterswijk has an unique landscape, which is protected by the national government, “The National
Landscape of Winterswijk”. It is perfect to explore by bike or on foot. There are perfect bike
routes, bike paths and unique footpaths.
Unique Nature reservate
Explore one of the last swamp areas, which is accessible by foot. You can walk on wooden planks
across the swam and experience the unique nature.
